Meet the team, see the process and ask lots of questions.......

June 9, 2017

A factory visit is a great way to understand how our build system is manufactured. We host visits from all over the UK and Europe. We have experts on hand to describe the process and answer any of your questions about manufacture, structure and detailing.

Our SIP panels are made up of two high density facing boards which are bonded to a low density foam insulation core, this forms a very strong structural bond and creates a composite material (similar to an aircraft wing) that outperforms the load bearing capacity and insulation values of masonry or timber frame considerably.

Our build system uses either Magnesium Oxide (MgO) or Orientated Strand Board (OSB) for the SIP panel facings. We can also produce a hybrid panel with MgO outer and OSB inner face. All our systems are off-site manufactured to internationally recognised standards. The choice would depend on your building performance criteria.

If you'd like to come the factory or you'd like a CPD session at your offices, contact Phil Slater on 07563 770981 or phil@ecoenvelope.co.uk
